Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. Once this time frame has expired, we would have already started preparing your order, and it will be too late to cancel. However, you may contact our customer support at +39 06 1234 5678 to see if a modification of the order is possible.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, TidePoolRise does not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our food and service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
We offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- If you received the wrong item that is not specified in your order
- If your order is incomplete
- If you received an item that is not up to our quality standards
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be reported to our customer service team within 2 hours of order delivery
- The product must remain uneaten and stored safely
To request a refund or replacement, please reach out to our team with your order number and detail the issue. We may require photographic evidence for quality assessment.
Refund Process

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exceptions
No refunds are offered for gift cards. The sale of gift cards is final and they cannot be returned or refunded.
